Side effects of Beclomethasone + Miconazole Topical : Loss of skin collagen and SC atrophy; local hypopigmentation of deeply pigmented skin; local irritation, burning, contact dermatitis

Mechanism of Action

Beclometasone controls the rate of protein synthesis, depresses the migration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes, fibroblasts, reverses capillary permeability and lysosomal stabilisation at the cellular level to prevent or control inflammation. Miconazole inhibits ergosterol synthesis thus damaging fungal cell wall membrane and increases its permeability, allowing leakage of nutrients.
